This policy explains what personal data Hoa Lu Old Town (“we”) collects on hoaluoldtown.com, why, who sees it and how long we keep it. Questions go to [email protected].
1. What we collect
When you book: your name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, pickup hotel, the number of guests and anything you write in the notes (for example dietary needs or children’s ages). When you message us: the content of the conversation. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page and never reach or stay on our server.
2. Why we use it
To confirm and run your tour, to send your confirmation, pickup time and guide details, to answer your questions and to keep the accounting records the law requires. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.
3. Who we share it with
Our partner operator, your guide and your driver receive what they need to run the day: your name, group size, pickup hotel, tour date, WhatsApp number and any special needs. If you chose to pay the balance in cash, your guide is also told the amount still due.
The card or payment provider processes your payment, whether you pay in full or pay the 30% deposit. Our email is sent through Google (WP Mail SMTP with a Google account).
4. How long we keep it

5. Where it is stored
Booking data is stored in our website database with our hosting provider and in our booking email account. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page opens.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it by law. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 30 days.
